Sanjeevani Health operates this website to explain our diagnostic services and receive booking and contact requests. This policy covers website visitors and people who contact us or request services through the website. You do not need an account or Google sign-in to use the website or request a test.
Information you provide
- Booking requests: contact name, mobile number, requested test or package, PIN code, locality, preferred date and collection window, collection type, and consent. Staff may ask for a collection address when confirming home collection. The online form does not request Aadhaar, uploaded reports, diagnosis, or medical history.
- Contact and support: information you choose to share by phone or message. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary medical documents.
We use this information to respond to requests, confirm service availability, pricing and preparation, coordinate sample collection, contact you by phone or message, and resolve questions. A booking request is confirmed only after staff contacts you.
Storage and email delivery
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Booking requests are delivered to designated Sanjeevani Health staff email inboxes through Plunk. These emails contain the booking details needed for our team to follow up. The booking form does not create a patient account.
Staff handle messages and booking information according to their responsibilities. HTTPS protects information in transit. Limit the information you send to what is needed for your request.
Sharing and service providers
- Authorised Sanjeevani Health staff receive booking and contact requests and coordinate services.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides delivery and security services. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes challenge responses and connection information, including IP addresses, to help prevent automated abuse.
- Plunk and our staff email providers process booking details in notification emails.
- Diagnostic service partners, including Thyrocare where applicable, receive patient and service details needed to fulfil a requested diagnostic service.
- Communication providers process messages when you choose services such as WhatsApp, under their own privacy policies.
- Google Fonts receives connection information needed to deliver the website’s fonts.
These providers may process information outside your location. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and website security
Public pages can be read without a login. Cloudflare and Turnstile may process technical information and use browser storage or cookies where needed for delivery and abuse prevention. Following a link to another service, such as WhatsApp, is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Booking emails and related correspondence are retained while needed to arrange services, respond to questions, and meet recordkeeping obligations. The website does not automatically delete booking emails after a fixed number of days.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information or withdraw consent to further booking follow-up. Requests are handled manually. We assess requests against ongoing service needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations and explain information that must be retained. Copies in email systems or backups may remain until removed through the corresponding retention and recovery processes.
